Here are a few pointers:
Lens & Frame Warranties
All new eyewear and sunwear frames, as well as lenses are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year, unless stated otherwise.
Please be aware that lenses are scratch resistant, not scratch proof.
Our warranty does not cover damage to frame or lenses caused by abuse.
Due to the nature of frame materials we cannot warranty customers own frames. If a customer decides to use their own frame for Direct Optical services such as adjustments, repairs or new lenses it is done at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for any damages to customers own frames.
FREE Adjustments & Minor Repairs
We suggest our customers never try to adjust their eyewear on their own.
Come in during our regular business hours and have your eyewear adjusted for FREE.
We also do FREE minor repairs such as replacing screws or nose pads.
Prescription Eyewear Problems
If you are experiencing difficulty with your prescription eyewear, please bring them back to us as soon as possible.
We suggest you return no longer than three months from day the eyeglasses were dispensed.
This way we can work with you to help trouble shoot your eyewear issues and get you seeing clearly as soon as possible.
Non-Adapt Progressive Lens Policy
We want you to adapt to your new progressive lenses! We really do. But just in case you don't we have a plan for you.
Bring your eyewear back to us within 60 days of dispensing if you are unable to adapt and we will replace your progressive lenses with single vision lenses at no extra charge.
Because of the custom nature of this product, all lens replacements will be done as a straight exchange.
